- Due to
Liability reasons we only decorate items we sell with
the exception of unassembled quilt squares.
- It is a
violation of Federal Copyright laws to copy licensed
material without the permission of the copyright owner.
We will not decorate with designs of cartoon characters,
company logos, professional sports team names or logos,
fraternity or sorority names, or any other licensed items
without the express written permission of the copyright
owner.
- Quotes will be valid
for no longer than 30 days.

Quotes will list the price column you are being quoted. If
you are quoted a price for 50 – 100 shirts and only order
30, we will redo your quote to reflect the changed pricing.
- Online
orders--payment in full required at time of order. In
store orders--minimum 75% deposit required at time of order.
- Online
orders--Visa, Mastercard or PayPal only. We only
accept checks on in-store orders. There is a $35.00
fee on all returned checks.
- We are a
custom Embroidery, Screen Printing and Promotional product shop. We do not keep
most items in stock.
Please allow 3 weeks for delivery on all online orders.
- Over/Underruns--Promotional
Product orders are subject to overruns/underruns of 5-7% of
the quantity ordered. You will be billed for the
amount shipped. If you require an exact amount, please
notify us at the time of order. Depending on the
supplier, there might be an additional charge.
- Returns
will not be accepted without a valid Return Authorization
Number. Items will only be accepted for return in the
event of a defect in workmanship.
- Small
orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Large orders
are shipped UPS ground. If your order is shipped UPS
ground we will email you a tracking number to track your
package.
- If you
don't see what you want on our web site, simply give us a
call or email. We have a large library of stock designs,
thread colors and lettering styles to meet your needs.
